Windicator

Trying to see where the wind is going when setting up the Bird Buffer can be a challenge. GBS has developed a smoking can that allows you to instantly see where the wind will take the invisible output of the Bird Buffer. Place the can in an upright position, lock down the top and let it propel smoke into the air. Just enough smoke to see the wind will help you determine the best location and direction for the Bird Buffer.

Rejex-It

Rejex-it® Bird Repellant is a liquid agent that offers an efficient tool for the management of nuisance birds without harming target and non-target birds or other animals. The active ingredient in Rejex-it® is called methyl anthranilate or MA. It is used as a flavoring agent in beverages, ice creams, candy, baked goods, gelatins, puddings, and chewing gum. Hard Outdoor Cover

The Bird Buffer hard cover allows air into the unit from the under side and front, as well as access to the legs for hanging the unit. The fill cap is exposed on the top for easy filling. Once the timer is set and the unit is turned on, ready to go, it's easy to slip the cover on and lock it down by screwing in the front nozzle and screwing on the fill cap. This gives protection from the elements for outdoor installation.

Occassionally, extreme cold can be more than the built internal heater can handle. This magnetic heat keeps the unit above 55 degrees F for operation. Just attach the magnetic base at the front of the machine, with the handle allowed to go out through the opening (as seen in the photo with cover). Plug it in. It instantly starts to heat up and will maintain temperatures for the few months it gets below 32 degrees F. Unplug when the colder season is over. Needs 200 watts of 120vac.
